This private review version of Phoenix Designs stores your website details and social drafts so you can create and manage your work.

What is stored

A working draft is kept in your browser. When you sign in and choose Save website, your business details, FAQs and drafts are saved to your account. A launch brief includes your contact email and notes.

Connected services

When activated, social account connections store encrypted provider credentials, the selected business account and the posts you explicitly schedule. Posts and images you approve are sent to the relevant provider. Publishing history records status and provider references. Disconnecting removes the local credentials and cancels pending posts; provider access can also be revoked in that provider’s account settings.

When payments are activated, Stripe handles card details on its own hosted checkout. Phoenix stores order, customer and subscription references and payment status. It does not store card numbers. Provider connection and payment features remain inactive until their setup is completed.

Growth and template editing

Owner template revisions are stored with their publication history. Linked client websites store their domain, contact email, brand guidance, SEO reports, content drafts, approval status and subscription references. Private invitations are stored as a hash and expire after seven days. Only the website client and Phoenix owner can access that client workspace.

When AI is connected, the business profile, brand guidance and requested topic or template change are sent to OpenAI to prepare a draft. API requests use store:false. Provider processing and retention terms still apply. WordPress application credentials are encrypted; articles are sent to the verified WordPress domain only after approval and scheduling. Disconnecting deletes the stored WordPress credentials and cancels pending articles.

Sign-in and hosting

ChatGPT sign-in supplies your identity for saving and accessing your own websites. The service uses Sites hosting and database infrastructure. Google Fonts supplies typefaces. This review version does not add advertising or analytics trackers, or purchase advertising.

Before public launch

Business contact details, the data controller, retention periods and a privacy contact must be completed before accepting public customers. Do not enter sensitive passenger information or confidential customer job details in this design workspace.
